Theatre Photography

During September/October 2006 we, as members of the Woodford and Wanstead Photographic Society, were invited to photograph, using only available light, the technical and dress rehearsals of 3 shows being staged at the Kenneth More Theatre, Ilford, Essex.

As a result of the images we produced for one of the shows (for the front-of-house and on a CD for the cast members to purchase), we were asked to do the same for 2 other shows, leading up to Christmas.

We find this work very enjoyable; it's so different from our usual photography.
